190XPROB
Bought myself a new tripod. The old one was getting on my nerves every time I used it, too old and too flimsy for my ever increasing cameras and gear.
This is a “Manfrotto 190XPROB”:http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/site/manfrotto/cache/offonce/pid/13145 , a terrific tripod with independently adjustable legs, central vertical column that can be swung around to horizontal, spirit level and all. Screwed on top is a Manfrotto 486RC2 ball head (not shown), also great.
The above shot was done with a Canon 40D + Sigma 17-70mm. Lightning was done with a DIY softbox on the left with a 430EX triggered by an ebay remote.
